At OPM SALES, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OPM SALES account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
